Milan is an amazing city filled with art, design, culture and fashion - all first-class. It is a vibrant business city where after-work drinks are a form of art. If you ask me, I have never enjoyed Milan as much as I did during Christmas time and New Year two years ago - it is truly worth experiencing. The decorations and elegance is beyond comparison. My favorite sight is Il Duomo cathedral, right in the heart of the city. It looks amazing during Christmas time, especially in the evenings. Milan is also the home for one of the most famous opera stages in the world, La Scala. Anyone passionate about fashion will truly enjoy this city. A visit to the beautiful Galleria Vittorio, an ancient and glamorous arcaded shopping gallery, as well as a stroll along the Quadrilatero d’Oro, the luxury fashion district, is a must.
