Restyling my home

We are limited by time. Something I have noticed in the past month, and therefore I took the liberty of taking a break from blogging. I have used this time to clear my thoughts and dreams. The time invested in this process has been an investment in myself. Sometimes it all can be a bumpy ride with some unexpected setbacks, but life is meant to be lived. I have dedicated a lot of time in restyling my home interior which has been very therapeutic. The major changes have been in the bedroom which I turned into a bohochic blue and white haven with some Moroccan style and vintage twists. Finding a new carpet was a bit of a challenge, but accidentally I found a round Indian cotton carpet with a mandala - a perfect match. My various small decoration items collected around the world are still looking for there places, but the main vision is already set in my mind. Blue and white

This summer I am in favor of blue and white. My balcony is mainly blue and white, twisted with a Moroccon silver pouf bought from Dokkän in Helsinki, and some lanterns I have bought around the world. I am quite pleased with the result, my latest purchase being the seashell chandelier I had dreamed of. I remember already wanting one when I saw really huge ones on the island of Mykonos last summer. a I simply love to sit in my swing chair and enjoy my morning caffè latte. My balcony has also hosted many great 'balcony parties' with my dearest friends. During those times, we have shared both moments of laughter and joy as well as some deeper and more serious discussions. My wardrobe has also strange enough, very blue and white elements this summer. I absolutely adore the blue and white caftan I bought from Glyfada, Greece. It is one of my favorite items at the moment. So easy to combine with jeans and a top, but it even combines well with ...
