Throwback to island hopping in the Bay of Naples

Planning a trip to Naples or Amalfi coast? How about including some island hopping to your holiday plans? Most people visit the famous Capri or the more rustic Ischia. But why not add the less known beautiful island of Procida to your plans as well. All three islands are definitely worth visiting - three very different jewels in the southern Italian Mediterranean. An easy ferry ride away from Naples or the Amalfi coast, you can either do a daytrip or plan to stay longer. Just looking at my old travel pictures made me want to travel back again... I have visited Capri three times, two times for a daytrip and once I have overnighted on the island. Yes, the island is as posh as you may have read but who would not need some glamour in life from time to time... ;) Capri is a picturesque island famous for its mix of nature, history and local traditions.
